that is why when president lincoln issued the emancipation proclamation on January 1, 1863 so many african americans registered to fight. they knew that if they fought hard enough for the cause they would be, as Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “free at last!”

  2. jayevens says:

I’m Black and my grandfather fought in WW 2 and when he came home he had to eat near the kitchen in a restaurant.

My father was in Vietnam and he’s damn near crazy. He can’t even sleep for more than 6 hours without waking up with a head ache from nightmares.

    What a great nation.

  3. HistoryBoy23 says:

people have to remember that america was in transition during the civil rights movement and those black americans that were involved in the Vietnam War were fighting because they knew that one day they would be able to live peacefully in the great nation they were fighting for. i am not saying that racism does not exist today, but i will say that it did die down.

  13. jetdatboy says:

i dont need to go back to the 1950s to see racism…

  14. 7XFM says:

Yes, i know, it’s not so great today, but compared to then, today isn’t really that bad.

Black Americans, especially the low class ones, went from Protesting about not being allowed to go to school or get a half decent job, and generally human rights, because of their skin colour

To monaing on and on and on about Don Imus. Yes, what he said was wrong, and he should be punished. But you guys just went on and on

Grow some fucking balls for gods sake, you wanna see racism, go back to the 1950s

  15. RagimTeam says:

Hahaha your still busy hating? Pathetic!!! You have no life kid! Please don’t reproduce or what so ever!!! Lozer haha

  16. jetdatboy says:

  17. jc55 says:

Funny how the implied integrity of your first sentence is completely undone by the malevolence of the second.

    Oh dear.

  18. bloodz1311 says:

Go Ali. fuck those stupid rednecks…

  19. DaReal2k9 says:

You have to put yourselves in his shoes, and as white people have not been treated how black people have in America none of you are in a position to down talk him. He was not racist, but in the heat of the moment with all the shit that was going on you’re bound to snap at one point. He wasn’t talking about ALL white people, but what he was saying is that they were the ones who had been the bully.

  20. MarineMan2689 says:

You may have your giant dick but your all in jail so often theres no doubt that you have taken some black dick in your ass.

  21. 7XFM says:

Black people today are a disgrace compared to the black people of the 50s and 60s and before then

  24. gsummerford says:

I hate trash talking people. He deserves his sentence to a wheelchair, etc.

  25. jo58colden says:

That says so much about you and your psychology.
