I’m cutting down on fructose, “chronic liver toxin,” fascinating, giving it to children..christ! always thought sugar was like cocaine for kids..but it’s really more like alcohol. Pass this vid around peopes. Jake Archer
@FlailingJunk
Thanks

So, I sat down to have a whole wheat bagel with unsweetened peanut butter for breakfast this morning and I couldn’t finish the whole thing. There may be something to this fructose/leptin business.
I seem to be a bit overwhelmed here (you have A LOT of videos). Do you recall the name of this video?
Thanks
Man and I thought I was just feeling like an American =D…
I’ve done a video and how I do my videos, you can have a look for it if you like…
Mr. Molyneux, I would like to inquire as to what software you use to create presentations along with a video of yourself on the corner simultaneously.
I would also like to know if it it possible to make it work in realtime.
You said that not one African American changed their diet, I can’t believe that. I guess that African Americans are the most ignorant of all the groups… The devil has been trying to kill Africans since the beginning of time and they still survive.
No devil in hell or earth can destroy what God made, Every race comes out of the African race, African americans invented everything in America and your trying to say that they are just plane ol simple, ignorant and lazy…..What a shame. Do your homework!
I eat movie theater popcorn, I will be dead soon.
metabolic syndrome?
we used to call it sloth.
Exercise and you will be able to eat whatever you want, but… you will crave better food.
Someone who has a short attention span might also lack the intellectual fortitude to take in the message.
Training to pay attention for at least moderately short times is only healthy.
Mmmm! I’ve always loved water! Water is wonderful, my favorite beverage by far!
I like vodka mixed with Kahlua, amazing stuff.
Hah, got 2 thumbs down for stating the obvious and expressing shock.
Really wonder why.
@Mastikator yeah id take the vodka
I eat 2 oranges easily in one siting
or 6 mandarine oranges… only one apple though… Im very thin and eat lots of fruit… i munch on fruit..
i have known for years that exercise doesn’t influence body weight. and this fact is easily provable. but whenever i point this out to people who are trying to lose weight they simply don’t believe me and act as if it was a conspiracy theory or something. it is really frustrating.
@CelticReject You might miss out on the singularity then, according to Ray Kurzweil. Biotech and A.I. tech will supposedly reach the point in perhaps 50 years where all the degenerative problems (old age, disease) can be fixed through technology, so much longer lives will be possible, and our bodies can be restored to a much younger apparent age (organ regeneration, gene therapy etc.). Always eat natural and exercise.
Crepe cycles. Yum Yum. I love like an inch thick smothering of Nutella on my crepes! Though this guy seems sincere enough, I think that he should get a freekin life and stop preaching about the ‘evils’ of fructose! Fear fear fear fear fear. Eat (healthy) Drink (in moderation)and be merry. We’re all a long time dead!
lol. Your comment reminds me of something that Billy Connolly once said about exercise. Essentially, people exercise in order to keep fit, and therefore live longer. He said, why should I bother to do that? Why try to ensure that I live for an extra 5 years, when it is those 5 years when I will be sitting around suffering from althzimers, in a home for the elderly and shitting myself all day long! Might as well die younger but with all my marbles!
Yeah…Avoid sugar and you live forever…
I’m not sure why this interview perturbs me…But it does.
@mastikator, explain your statement
Someone who can’t sit through a 30 minute interview is a lost cause.
