Secondly, simply because I am pointing out the horrendously out-of-context quote of this video does not mean I support Brzezinski’s dubious “realism” in foreign policy and domestic affairs. I am just irked by the amateurism of Internet users who lack the motivation to to engage in independent research outside of Google and Wikipedia.
First, Bin Laden, the CFR and Skull and Crossbones have nothing to do with the “global political awakening” Brzezinski is talking about. The book in which Brzezinski discusses the term in depth is his lesser known Out of Control (1993). It’s a great book that warns of the dangers of totalitiarnism, the metamyths which help enslave people, and the need for global justice and ethical human interactions.
It bothers me that such a good book from an otherwise dubious man is being slandered like this
Okay then put his remarks IN context then… The man gave money to Bin Laden in the 80s, dude. there are pictures… Granted you could just say that was then and now foreign policy, but, man. Look at what the CFR does… Look at how they interfere with other nations on behalf of the IMF. Foreign policy is NOT CTs. Also, that kookie Skull and Bones stuff is not fiction. Start your frame of reference from there and you can begin to see how messed up our “thinkers” and ‘leaders’ really are.

The crux of my objections here is that the video is taking Brzezinski out of context. Period.
I do my own research, unlike the masses of pseudo-intellectial Internet cretins who rarely, if ever, research the works of the people they talk about.
